Foggy between the panes, a slider that won't lock, a cracked pane in the basement unit: describe it here. We're a free referral service, not a government program. One independent local glass professional who does that work gets your request and contacts you to quote.

What happens next and how we use your details

  1. We match your request. Your details and photos go to one pro who covers your address, so they can quote. See how it works, our privacy policy and terms.
  2. The pro contacts you. They call the person you name and book a visit to measure anything made to size.
  3. A written quote follows. Ask for it itemized, with the warranty and a completion date. If no one calls, let us know.

Helpful to mention in your message

  • Main floor, basement unit or whole house, and whether a tenant lives there.
  • Who the pro should call, and who will be home.
  • A condo townhouse (the corporation may need to approve the work) or a Churchville home (heritage rules apply).
  • A same-size swap, or a new or bigger opening for a second unit.
  • A preferred language. We pass it on, but can't promise a pro who speaks it.

Where we connect you with pros

Anywhere in Brampton. For Bolton and Georgetown, we'll check whether a pro covers your address.

Before you send

Can I send a request for my parents' house and be the contact?

Yes. Use their address as the job address and your phone and email as the contact. Say who will be home, and tell your parents to expect a call.

Should I tell the pro if the window is in a rented basement unit?

Yes. The pro needs to know who lives there and which door to use. Tenants should check with the landlord before sending a request.

Can I send a photo instead of measuring?

For a first look, yes. Photograph the whole window, then the stamp on the metal strip between the panes (the spacer bar). Custom glass is still measured on site.
